Emails

By providing your email address during the registration you confirm you are the authorised owner/user of the email address. You agree that your personal information may be shared with our employees, contractors, agents, companies working on our behalf, but, except as required by law, information identifying an individual will never be passed on to a third party for their own use. Hiplay may disclose this information to third parties if it is required to do so by law.

You can opt into or out of receiving Hiplay emails at any time. Service emails (i.e. password reminder) will be send even if you are unsubscribed from Hiplay emails.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
